AIBE 19 Application Form 2024
The Bar Council of India conducts the AIBE one or two times a year for law graduates who are ready to start their professional law practice as a lawyer. The AIBE assesses law graduates’ knowledge and analytical skills and determines the minimum benchmark for them to enter into the practice of law.
The AIBE is mandatory for law graduates to enter into professional law practice. Recently, the Council released a notice about the upcoming AIBE 2024 exam, that is, AIBE-19. The Council has opened the online registration window for the AIBE 19 from 3 September 2024 till 25 October 2024.

AIBE 19 Eligibility Criteria 2024
The law graduates who wish to apply for the 19th AIBE Examination can check their eligibility by applying for the exam below:
- Applicants should have completed their LLB degree from a government of India recognized University with minimum marks of 45% marks for general and 40% marks for SC/PwD/ST candidates.
- Applicants must have completed their LLB degree three years before and can also apply for the exam, meaning candidates who have completed their graduation three years before can also apply but candidates not beyond that.
- Applicants who have registered as provisional Advocates under the State Bar Council.
AIBE 19 Application Fee 2024
Candidates willing to apply for the AIBE 19 exam would need to pay the following application fee during the application based on their category:

AIBE 19 Exam Date 2024
As per the notification, the Bar Council of India has scheduled the AIBE-19 on 24 November 2024. The exam will be conducted across many cities in the country. The candidates need to clear the AIBE within two years of their registration with the State Bar Council.
After clearing the exam, the successful candidates will get the certification of Practice by the Bar Council of India, The passing percentage is fixed for the AIBE-19 for Gen/OBC at 45% and 40% for SC/ST and Disabled candidates.

- Under the AIBE marking scheme, for every correct answer, the candidates will score one mark and there is no negative marking for incorrect answers.
AIBE 19 Admit Card 2024
The admit card is an essential document for any exam to enter the examination hall and get the info of the exam center, the AIBE-19 applicants would be able to download their admit for the 24 November 2024 AIBE on 18 Nov 2024.
The candidates will be able to download the admit card/hall ticket with their AIBE-19 username and password on the AIBE application portal.
AIBE 19 Result 2024
Candidates who will apply for this year’s AIBE scheduled on 26 November 2024 can expect the result of the exam within one or months of the exam. So, the candidates can expect the AIBE-19 result in January 2025.
After the result declaration, the successful candidates will be able to acquire the Certificate of Practice, usually, the Bar Council of India issues the certificate within two months of the result declaration.
