BCECE Junior Resident Recruitment 2024
The BCECE invites online applications from eligible candidates for the Junior Resident posts in Bihar medical colleges and hospitals for a tenure of one year. The board plans to fill the 700 vacant posts of Junior Resident posts through this recruitment drive. The authority will soon release the subject-wise and category-wise vacancies on the website.

BCECE Junior Resident Eligibility Criteria 2024
Candidates interested in the BCECE Junior Resident 2024 recruitment 2024 can check their eligibility to apply from the below eligibility criteria:
Age Limit:
- Applicants’ minimum age is not available, however, the upper age is 36 years for males (General/EWS), 40 years for females (General/ EWS), 40 years for males & females (BC/ EBC), 42 years for male & female (SC/ST male & female) on the cut-off date 01 August 2024.
- The Physically handicapped or disabled candidates have an upper age relaxation for 10 years.
Educational Qualification:
- Applicants should have the MBBS degree recognized and permitted by the Medical Council of India/ National Medical Commission.
BCECE Junior Resident Application Fee 2024
Candidates who wish to apply for the BCECE Junior Resident 2024 recruitment will have to pay the following application fee based on the category they belong to:

BCECE Junior Resident Selection Process 2024
The BCECEB selects the candidates for the post of Junior Resident based on merit through the following selection process:
- Screening of the application: The board will screen the applications and call the candidates for document verification based on their academic marks and documents.
- List of Eligible Candidates: After the document verification, the board will release the list of eligible and ineligible candidates based on the documents uploaded and academic scores. The candidates will be allowed to object to the eligible or ineligible lists, the board will resolve the objection and release the revised lists on the Council’s website.
- Counseling/ Interview: After the merit list is released, the successful candidates will be eligible to participate in the counseling for candidates to secure seats at the Bihar Health medical colleges and hospitals. The authority will release the counseling program with the list of subject-wise candidates.
- Final Merit List: After the counseling program, the authority will publish the final merit list of the candidates based on the interview points and original document verification who will be appointed for the Junior Resident post.
BCECE Junior Resident Counselling Programmer Date 2024
The BCECE Junior Resident 2024 applicants will have a chance to edit or correct their applications between 13 Oct 2024 and 14 Oct 2024. As per the schedule released by the BCECE, the board will publish the Counselling program with the list of subject-wise candidates on 18 Oct 2024.
The board will release the Counselling/ Interview program in due time on the official website of BCECE. The candidates who failed to present for the document verification and failed to present the original documents will be disqualified from the recruitment process.
