UKSSSC Personal Assistant Recruitment 2024
The UKSSSC invites online applications from eligible candidates for Group C posts, such as Personal Assistant, Additional Private Secretary, Stenographer Grade-II/ Personal Assistant, Stenographer/ PA, and Stenographer Cum Data Entry Operator in various state government departments.
According to the notification, the Commission plans to fill up 257 posts through this recruitment drive. Candidates interested in the UKSSSC recruitment drive can submit the online application from 24 Sep 2024 till 14 Oct 2024. The candidates will get the chance to edit or correct the applications between 18 Oct 2024 and 21 Oct 2024.

UKSSSC Personal Assistant Eligibility Criteria 2024
Candidates can check their eligibility to apply for the UKSSSC Group C post-recruitment 2024 from the below eligibility criteria:
Age Limit:
- Applicant’s minimum age for Personal Assistant and Stenographer cum DEO posts is 18 years, whereas, for Additional Private Secretary, Stenographer/ Personal Assistant, and Stenographer Grade-II the minimum age is 21 years.
- The upper age for all the Group C posts is 42 years.
Educational Qualification:
- Applicants applying for Personal assistant posts must have completed their bachelor’s in any stream from a recognized University and have stenography skills at 80 WPM, whereas applicants applying for Stenographer and other posts need a minimum qualification of 10+2 examination with other requirements.
- Applicants are advised to check the educational qualifications in the notification PDF for each post and be certain of the post they are eligible to apply for.
UKSSSC Personal Assistant Selection Process 2024
The Commission plans to select the candidates for the Group C posts through the following selection Criteria:
- Written Examination: The candidates who will apply for the UKSSSC Group C post-recruitment will undergo a written examination that will assess the candidate’s general knowledge, numerical ability, reasoning, and others.
- Stenography Skill test: The candidates who clear the examination and apply for the Stenographer and Stenographer Grade-II posts will have to go through a stenography skill test.
- Document Verification: Candidates who clear the written examination will be called for document verification based on written exam merit. The candidates have to present the original documents of the reservation or other claims they made in the application along with educational qualifications.

UKSSSC Personal Assistant Exam Date 2024
The Commission conducts the first stage of the selection, a written examination on the scheduled date of 08 Dec 2024. The candidates should prepare well for the examination as it is three months away.
The Commission has updated the exam syllabus for the UKSSSC Group C posts on the post, still, the whole pattern of the exam will be released later on the official website.
UKSSSC Personal Assistant Exam Syllabus 2024
As per the Commission, the written exam will be divided into various parts consisting of questions from the following different subjects:
- Part-I Hindi Language and Literature: 20 marks
- Part- II Reasoning (International Relations, Indian Politics, Indian Geography, and Indian History): 40 marks
- Part III: Uttarakhand History, Geography, and Politics: 40 marks
The written exam will have a maximum mark of 100, the number of questions and duration of the examination will be revealed later on the official website.
UKSSSC Personal Assistant Admit Card and Result 2024
The Commission generally releases the admit card for the government exam a week before the examinations, so candidates can expect the UKSSSC personal assistant recruitment exam admit card on 01 Dec 2024.
The result of the written exam can be declared on the official website within one or three months of the exam date. The candidates applying for the Stenographer posts will also have to undergo the Stenography skills test to enter the final selection stage of document verification.
