Current Scenario of 2024 IPL

The top 2 teams will play against each other in Qualifier 1 and 3rd & 4th place teams will play giants against each other in the Eliminator match for the qualifying for Qualifier 2.
What are the odds of CSK, SRH, and RCB making it to the playoffs?
Let’s see in what situation any of the top contenders can make it to the IPL playoffs:
- SRH: The scores of CSK and SRH are the same with NRR being the deciding factor for the rank. If CSK wins its match against RCB, SRH needs to win both its matches with a great margin in at least one match to qualify for the IPL playoff.
- CSK: CSK needs to win the last match against RCB with a great margin to enter the playoffs and remain in the IPL place.
- RCB: RCB can qualify if SRH loses its matches and they win their upcoming match against CSK while maintaining great NRR.
The possibility of RCB and CSK both qualifying for the IPL playoffs is only possible when SRH loses all the remaining matches, and RCB wins against CSK by not high margin.
