Colin Bridgerton Season 3 Release Date – When and where to watch?

Netflix comes with the new season of Bridgerton Season 3, The third season of the popular Netflix series Bridgerton in two parts. With these two seasons since 2020, it has captured viewers with its emotional stories and unique music. 

Colin Bridgerton Season 3 Release Date

Bridgerton Season 1 and 2 currently stream on Netflix. Bridgerton season 3, part 1 is aired on 16 May, 2024, and part 2 will be released on 13 June, 2024. Upcoming episodes are expected to delve deeper in the relationship and intricate social dynamics in the universe. 

Bridgerton is based on a series of eight novels for Netflix. The creative team, led by Shonda, knew the material and delivered a beautiful, emotional, romantic drama for their members. They have some exciting plans for the future, and audiences will continue to swoon for this show. 

The Bridgerton Season 3 will focus on the Penelope, (Lady Whistledown) and Colin Bridgerton (Luke Newton) romance, coughlan first confirmed during the panel on May, 2022. There are four episodes in part 1, and there may be more in part two.

Bridgerton Season 3 Casting

Many fans might be wondering if Bailey, Ashley and other new favourites will return for the 3rd season. Ashley and Bailey both plan to participate in Bridgerton season 3. On 2 March 2024, Bailey admitted that she  won’t be going anywhere anytime soon. 

Except for plenty of newcomers as well, Hannah Dodd has been cast as Francesca Bridgerton for Season 3, replacing actress Ruby Stokes who exited to work on Netflix. The Netflix also announced that multiple other new additions to the season 3 cast including:

Bridgerton Season 3 Part 1

The first part of this show is concluded with the steamy confession of Colin Bridgerton, who realised his true feelings toward the girl he once said he would never court. The scene inside the carriage spotlights the two making out, and as the carriage arrives at the doorstep of the Bridgerton house asking her to marry him.

Then the famous scene from the Julia Quinn novel is far from a peaceful ending. Jess Brownell the showrunner has made some explosive revelations. The only person beside one or two who knows Penelope’s secret is her former best friend and Bridgerton girl, Eloise.  

The maker of the show said that they purposefully kept the Polin room com in the first part because the second part is going to be quite intense. Colin ruins the life of the Lady Whistledown unaware that the girl he loves is the same person. 

Expectations of Bridgerton Season 3

This season is centred around Penelope’s Journey on the marriage mart, as Colin takes her under his wing and mentore her to find the suitors, but when these lessons start working a little too well. Colin and Penelope are truly just friends. 

The lead of the season and the new episode take viewers on a journey through the debut season with Francesca Bridgerton and Kate,  Anthony’s life post marriage and look into Eloise and Penelope’s quarrels. In what would Bridgerton be without the fan a favourite Benedict who appears tired of social conventions this season.

Francesca’s debut differs from that of her siblings as she shies away from the spotlight. Stirling takes notice and becomes a source of comfort for her throat her season, but is later met with some difficulties. Francesca’s debut introduced a new love interest John Striling played by Victor Alli, who describes him as charming.

Colin and Penelope’s budding romance will be the face of turning point as the secret of Penelope being Lady Whistledown looms closer to exposure. 

Colin’s own pursuits as a writer will complicate his feelings, Penelope has been unresponsive to his letters and Colin to explore the realm of the writing the glimpse already got in the part 1. This unwittingly sets the stage for what’s to come next in season 3 of part 2. 

Where to watch Bridgerton Season 3

Bridgerton Season 3 has been out only on Netflix for a few days now, and that’s been enough for both critics and fans to form opinions of at  least the first four episodes. Netflix chopped the season in half and will be releasing the other four months from now in  June. 

The first four episodes were released at 8 a.m. on 16 May, 2024, while the second part episodes five to eight will be available to stream at 8 a.m. on 13 June, 2024. The third season of Bridgerton will be exclusively streamed on Netflix which is currently available for free with sky stream for free trial.
